1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Committee Members. Apologies were received from Angela Burns and Lynne Neagle, there were no substitutes.
2 Higher Education (Wales) Bill - Evidence session 2
The Committee heard evidence from HEFCW. They agreed to provide the following:
Their impact assessment submission and;
A detailed breakdown of what HEFCW resources are spent on.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:
The motion was agreed.
4 Inquiry into Child Adolescent Mental Health Services - Consideration of evidence
The Committee agreed to write to all Local Health Boards to seek further information and agreed to invite the Minister in to give evidence before the end of term.
